About

Where to begin….I was born and raised in Verona,  Wisconsin – one of the greatest communities ever (go Indians!)!  My parents both grew up in farm families – Mom is one of ten, raised near Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin; Dad is one of six raised just outside Verona.  I have to say – I do have two of the best parents ever!  They are good human beings, fun and very real.

I am the in middle of two boys – Troy and Ross.  Troy is an amazing manager and salesman in the family business, and Ross is a super-smart scientist.  I’ve always wondered if I missed out on something by not having a sister, but I wouldn’t trade my brothers for the world!

I’ve lived my entire life in Wisconsin (Milwaukee and Madison areas) but love to travel!  I have never been to Europe, but plan to do so in 2008.  I’ll follow that up with a trip to Australia – the one place I’ve always dreamed of visiting! – and plan to sponge off my friends there for an extended period of time.

I have three cats – yes, three. I’m not actually the crazy cat lady – just a softie who couldn’t bear to see anything happen to them.  They can be a headache, but there’s nothing better than having one of my furry kids love up on me after a long day.

  • Favorite musician:  Sting – no question
  • Pivotal moment:  my divorce
  • Proudest moment:  my dad hearing from a client that “I rock”
  • Saddest (and most “real”) moment: the death of my cousin, Scott, in 2000
  • Favorite exercise: running – it makes my pants fit better
  • Favorite cocktail: tie – red wine or vodka press
  • Life goal: in my last days of life, to not look back and say “I wish I would have…..”
  • Greatest blessing: Love of friends and family
  • Greatest gifts: connection with others, insight and love of others
  • Relationship goal: to connect at a deep and real level with a man who supports my soul’s mission.  To live in a committed, happy, healthy relationship sharing together in all of life’s journey.
